Eggs, made MY way

I've decided in my need for a lifestyle change, namely adding a healthy breakfast each morning before class instead of starving by 11am. Normally I am sleeping until that time and have no problem pushing lunch forward a little, but this summer I am in a 9am chemistry course. I wake by 7am and don't have a moment to eat until noon.

This is where 'Eggs, made MY way' emerges, documenting my exploration of scrambled egg miracles. I've made the dedication to buying truly free range local eggs and think they deserve to be dressed up a little. Every day I'm throwing together a different variety and sharing the wealth through photos.
